100 year old eggs?
....erhhh....not exactly 100 years old....not this one anyway. Called "century" eggs, these are raw duck eggs preserved in saline solution and then coated in wood ash for 30 days or so. It's an acquired taste obviously.

Looks good, but, IMHO, it would have looked much better if the focus was on the eggs, at least on one of them
You're right Jerostone ! I'll try to re-shoot it with a bigger depth of field tomorrow.
