while there is a windmill, there's no evidence of wind - a little motion blur would help some

There's a similar entry but obviously there must be some wind if they went out of their way to put a wind generator up.

Kyricom, a wind mill is something they used, mainly centuries ago, to grind wheat and corn.

I think most buildings are placed adjacent to streets. The theme says taking pictures in the street not of the street so in my opinion it fits.

Yeah, I thought they meant pics with lamp posts. But I've found that there are many images like this one that are so beautiful, that I'm not even concerned with what exactly the contest is asking for. High points from me.

Beautiful, works for me too...it does say from the street, and not just street lights only...
