Dear friends! Ok, a lot of people here probably are asking :" What the hell is this?" I can understand the reaction. Looking the last Self Portrait Contest I saw a lot of photos - principally from the "boys" here - in this way, so... I made a challenge to myself. I'm a very sky person and only I could take a photo of myself so! Ok, I'm only learning about photos and could improve a lot, but for the first one and the only one which was reasonable I decided to publish, even if someone tell me it's not a good one!

Trying is a part of learning and learning is a big part of PXL contests. Never stop doing either. I admit I would have liked to have seen more of your face. Good effort.

Very nice but as it's overexposed on the chest, you've lost the details.

a lovely attempt, if you shot in raw you may be able to recover some of the details in the highlights without loosing them in the shadows.

You could shoot the chest etc. like that on purpose, but if you are I'd recommend the strip of overexposed light go the length of the body. Then, with some cropping, she could be stepping out of the light (like the "out of the dark" pictures, only backwards).
