Empty of Bigfoot maybe, but not empty by any means. It's a nice photo but there is so much in this that the last thing that I would say it portrays is emptiness.

Haha yep you got it! it's street lights and while the shutter is really slow, you kinda move the camera in a circle and it's really cool
