No Ade it's not. It's off focus on the top and bottom but I had to put a Gaussian blur to eliminate the slight graininess from taking it at night. I think the soft effect makes it perfect but obviously you can't see that.

I'm not seeing the entire image OOF...just high ISO noise mainly, the top and bottom are oof probably due to shallow dof but center appears as ISO noise. (Just my opinion.)

yes, I do come back, and I make a new comment if I think it is warranted. I am not the only one who considers it out of focus!...To me, it still is, or at least, is not as sharp as it could be!!
Oh, and by the way, the link you posted here is incomplete, so I cannot go back to look at my comments.............

Actually - I like it. It doesn't appear OOF to me. The focus is in the middle and there is some high ISO noise . Some of the yellow lights have blown out a bit but I like it - it gives you the carny atmosphere and I can almost hear the associated noise that goes with the carny rides

Ah, but you see that the top and bottom are a little OOF but it works out great because it draws your attention to the center, where there is a soft effect, but I colors are brilliant, indeed. Thanks for that comment!

I'm not really seeing the focus in this either, but I know it is hard to get a focus with lights, especially when mirrors are involved too.

how did you shoot this....what settings...........and, a hi res would be nice..

Looks like a night shot and you just jiggled the camera as you were shooting. Even in this res, most of it is not in focus.

Well that explains the resolution size BTW, just because an entry is on theme doesn't necessarily mean it's a good image to enter. In the future, take into account all factors of an image for entering, i.e. focus, lighting, etc.

Can we say needs a "tripod"??? Even a cheap old camera can take a great photo if you at least focus and keep it still...there are a couple of artists here that ONLY use a P&S and win!
