Wow, this brings me back to my first lighting class, I have almost the exact same picture, only difference is my wine glass is a little taller. Great job.

Great shot
Very cool... but it might look even cooler if you crop the top to exclude the top of the glass (to just below the liquid level), and crop from the bottom up to where a viewer sees lines in the stem. Maybe a little from the sides to retain proportion. The glass would still be "implied" but the emphasis would be more on the lines.
