Although I will agree good lobster dipped in butter sauce is mouth watering, your presentation isn't. It's just not too mouth watering just looking at the shell. Something more like this, but a closer shot: http://www.bonappetit.com/images/dishes/dish/dire_lobster_v.jpg
I have to agree with Josh here, the dark lighting almost gives the shot a bit of a sinister mood. Like the lobster is going to come back to life and attack. hehe
