Go to "Image / image rotation / Arbitrary / & set the angle value.Try it & you will see it's quite easy!

Ok I keep coming back to look at this, I've gotta say I'm jealous Author. This is amazing IMO, the creativity and execution is incredible. I love the DOF on this, and if it was in fact taken on a piece of glass as kyricom suggests then the lighting is amazing, great observation of the family of angles!

Thanks everyone.... yes... it was on a piece of glass... if you look close at the upper right "corner" you can see the reflection. Not allowed to PS it out. That was the hardest... no reflection. Took many many shots and had to look to the computer screen to make sure none were there. Lighting was same way.. shoot, look, hate it... shoot again LOL. @Locks.... will have to google "family of angles" LOL!!!!
