After a disappointing day of autumn photography, and sunset. I was on my drive home, when the sky lit orange and red from the dust in the upper atmosphere well after sunset. Revealing the setting crescent moon. I found the nearest tree, and shot this from the side of a busy highway with no tripod. (5 years and 2904 days ago)
Wonderful colors!
beautiful
gorgeous photo .. a lil camera shake visible on the tree, but not bad for what u had or didn't have (tri pod) to work with. I always carry a small bean bag with me for just such a situation and use the car hood or top to use to stablize the camera. Make sure to turn vehichle off to eliminate the vibration from the motor.
Great color... just wish the bottom of the tree was visable
