The bottle is empty, but it's a very busy photo.

The theme doesn't say the shot can't be "busy," it just says "If there is some kind of subject you might expect to have something in it (or on it, etc.), but shows the viewer that it's "empty, it is on theme." I think most of us would expect to see liquid in a tequila bottle... otherwise, why buy it? It had tequila in it, and now it's - empty.

don't work real well as anagraph.. to much offset

It appears to work to me, not perfect, but, the effect is there, the ferns in the front and the building show decent depth.
