The feature fails some of the time, not always. I tried loading once again as you suggested to other contestants previously but no help for this one. For what's worth, this image has a dimension of 600 x 793 pixels, and a size of 262 KB. However, other images of similar size could be loaded. Thanks for helping.

You image is too small for it to load in High Resolution. The standard view image is 600 pixels wide so your image must be significantly greater than that.

The reason you aren't getting a HIgh res is that the image is too small.
You can upload images up to 5MB. the image is then downsampled to about 600 x 840 pixels.
