I was actually thinking about shooting some sugar cubes. But it is a little noisy in high res.
It's actually not noise, I'm not to sure what it is but it's only on one part of the shot and it's on the Raw file as well. ISO was at 100 and there haven't been any lighting adjustments so I'm stumped.
mm, as Jaws says, there is some noise there, but only in the dark areas, very strange..........the noise has a pattern in it if you look over the dark area of the spoon!
Great compo though, like it!
i dont hear a sound
Could the noise actually be a reflection of the actual sugar cube? I notice the cube itself has a funny edge to it along the top - bit like CA
very strange............the noise is in the form of lines, similar to that which you would see on a badly printed image....there is also a strange edge on the top of the cube!
ade, it looks to me like these areas have been painted in photoshop, because the lighting is off in these areas also
Such a 'sweet' take on theme!
That's a cute theory Razor except it's wrong, I'm not exactly sure what I would have painted or for what reason but I also know your trying to discredit me because of a personal issue between us so I don't really care what you think Ade being a mod if you'd like the raw file I'd be happy to send it to you. The only thing that I can come up with is that this is cropped WAY down because a friend has my macro lens so I wasn't using the ideal one here and the spoon is a baby spoon.

I really connect with this image. Suffer from migraines, and one of my triggers is weather. The screaming face made from pain relievers is quite a statement. The choice of dark light & B&W is perfect.
So sorry for the migraines, those are tough. Appreciate the kind words!
