Small misunderstandings of language make this photo funny. In Vienna, you can call the "Misttelefon"to report a failure of the garbage service, but in Germany where I live, this phone is the last number you will call because it is traduced in german: "a shit telephon number" ;-) (5 years and 3239 days ago)
