It's funny but the last conversation bubble is missing a word. It reads, "Tough Luck, some stupid shot a picture using their flash" and that doesn't makes sense. Try this instead:

'Some stupid MORON' or 'Some stupid TOURIST' or 'Some stupid Canon Owner' shot a picture using their flash. It would make more sense and be a lot more funny. GL!
