I tried to get the moon close to the horizon, but got side tracked and it was almost behind the horizon. It was such a big beautiful orange moon. Got up early the next morning to get it. But the moon was still very high in the sky at 6am, and by the time it set, it was daylight. guess I will have to wait till next year. Did get some photos very similar to yours, but my moon is turned the other way (180 degrees rotation) LOL

Yeah, I was disappointed because it was very cloudy near our horizon so you couldn't get a good shot making it look huge. Oh well. And, unfortunately, the next "Super Moon" isn't for 17 years.

Thank you. I just wanted an object because it was that "super moon" which was about 15% larger than normal.

Everybody loves moon haha. In ancient time people believe that moon is a paradise for bunny.

Before Man landed on moon incident, i believe everyone think that moon is a mystery place called Paradise.

This is my wife's and my paradise. We sit out on our deck sipping a nice drink as the moon rises over the lake. It's very serene sitting there listening to the crickets after a long day. (5 years and 2850 days ago)
