This is in Bushkill Falls, in the Pocono area of Pennsylvania. A wonderful system of falls and trails with about 10 waterfalls...on one side of the mountain you walk down trails and switch-backs to be met with this imposing set of stairs on the other side to get back up to the top of the falls and the other trails, it is indeed a lovely spot,I go there often
