i think the whole plate should have been in focus not just the front part
Wild mushroom agnolotii with arrabiata sauce.
Arrabiata means 'angry' in italian and is a traditional sauce made with tomatoes, red chili and prosciutto or pancetta ham.

If I did this photo again, I would give it a try. I wanted the reds, greens and cheese to come out up close. Thanks for the great idea. I will play around with it in the future.
Beautiful, I love any type of Raviloi, if it's well done.

This mushroom was beautiful and engaging, until someone carelessly smashed it under foot. It still retains its glorious colours, but looks horribly broken and ugly at the same time. (5 years and 2987 days ago)
Hard to even imagine the "beautiful and engaging..."
Shame the focus is off.

What a great find.
wow.. purple mushroom ! never saw one..must be poisonous.
I know, all the pretty things usually are poison. I saw it and thought it was the coolest mushroom I ever did see.
It doesn't look real. It's so unusual and pretty, I thought it was glazed ceramic...What a wonderful find! Great photo, with a wonderful balance of values and colors. Really nice!!!
Wow...I almost posted a very similar picture! LOL. I find the mushrooms in my area so fascinating and in such a variety of colors and textures. Awesome job.
Magic mushroom? I agree with friiskiwi then. Great find!
