It's an awesome sunset shot but as far as lens flare it's not really there. I see a red aura around the sun but by definition it's not really a lens flare.

I left them blurred intentionally, Higher ISO=More noise and less shadow detail, I also could have used 2nd curtain flash at 1/4 power to balance the light and freeze the action, but I chose the tripod and lower speed to get the movement.
