irony is in the importance that some attribute to culture of the open air sculpture museum
for some culture ...."is at the cow's tail"......
for some grassland it is important..............not sculpture

How is this ironic?
Well, it is supposed to regulate traffic, but, as you can see, the set of lights is turned upside down, plus the green light is completely cut off and out of place. Besides the irony of it all, at least the way saw it, was what prompted me to stop and raise my camera.
Rob, perhaps it is that the traffic signals are intended to prevent accidents, yet it is broken... I could be drawing a long bow here, but that might be it...
