make up doesnt really fall properly, should really flow down towards her nose.The angle of her face and the flow of the tear just dont seem to match unless she was crying then turned her face after the tears dried. Gravity would pull it more downward.

Mekun, I would suggest this is what happened "unless she was crying then turned her face after the tears dried", seeing that she's just kind of staring off into space now. She doesn't have the "crying" look on her face in this picture.

good effort. although, the dof (depth of field) is a little short imo....

I did take the same picture with higher depth of field but the result wasn't as pleasing to my eye as this picture. The empty packages were kinda distracting of the actual object.
