IMHO, it would have been a better shot if it wasn't cut in 2 equal parts. As here, the theme is "bubble", you should have tried to show (by using the rules of thirds) 2/3 of water and only 1/3 of sky.
I know i should crop the shot but thats the way the shot was taken i dont like changing my frames and anyway their is no cute kids or puppy so i know its not a winner from there lol
