It's a wall, jut not a very good photo. It's extremely blown out towards the end and the colors look a little more yellow than I think they should be. You should crop out the blown out end and play with saturation levels.

Yeah your right friiskiwi, unfortunately I was on a bumpy ferry and the lighting was not great so I had to use a higher ISO and then compensate afterwards, but I do like the effect that came out, to me its almost like a watercolour.

To me it looks like HDR. A high res would be nice.
