I don't see a dock or anyone making out, and the sky looks more like sunset than 10 PM.
It’s not a modern high profile western dock, It’s a simple river side dock. The picture is taken from the Dock , u can see some Ferries are departing from the dock, and It was 7 o’clock evening but we stayed there till 10PM .
