Lovely shot, but do pencils qualify as pens?

Hope not, rules say picture should show only one pen. I assume pencils are something different. Agree?
Googling on pen, doesnt show me one single pencil

No 70-200 2.8 lens, but it took me a lot of shots to get the focus just right
