the pancakes are made according to the special receipt received from my granny. they are very thin and a bit crunchy, but the topping from the redcurrant (mix of the berries with a bit honing and 5 minutes in the oven) adds a soft, fragrant sweet and sour taste. try to make it for your loved ones, u'll enjoy it. bon apetit
