I would like to know how long you stay there to take this photo...great one! Peacock are terrible to make photos, when you ready with the camera it seems that they knows and do not open the beautiful tail, is like a blue butterfly that I'm trying to photograph for years. Wish you good luck with this nice entry!
Thanks for your comment. I was walking in a park and I saw children disturbing a peacock. I wanted to catch them with my camera. But when arming, the children stopped playing with the bird. I don't know if it was to tell me "thank you" or if he felt in love with me, but he came next to me and opened his tail. I shot some very nice pictures of him and when I had enough, I thanked him, he closed his tail and we left us good friends ^_^
Nice history...and I'm sure he was telling you "thanks"...
Beautiful, love the story too.
Beautiful composition!

HE HE HE....I wonder whose photo this is????? Careful, because brown is not orange and the modertors may disqualify you. I've checked for seepage of colour and you have a lot. Blow up the image and look at the margins of first monk, second monk and wwwwoooooaaaaaa you will see not only seepage but gray coming into the orange. use you X and remove any naughty wayward streaks...OR ....you can use your desaturate brush to remove orange or other colour outside but you will not be able to put it back unless you clone it in and then it looks wonky.
Glad to see you here...the site is a lot of fun.
Hallo Still26 - you seem in the picture of health so maybe its still21!!!!! New to this - have tried again a simpler version. Hope it passes muster. Seems OK now to me but i am blind as a bat and don't have a very steady hand and am doing things in a bit of a rush as we are out for 4 days on the trot!!!! I will get better (I hope) and 'yes' the site looks fun. Be good.
