For over two years officials at the USDA have been reviewing the issue of chicken sodium injection, an industry food processing standard that has been deemed a natural marinade to make chicken moist but that consumer advocate groups and Senator Barbara Boxer (D-CA) claim misleads consumers.

it's more about the lock than the links.
According to the contest guidelines: "The objects should be LINKED together."...therefore, even though you 'believe' the image is more about the lock than the chain...is the lock not ' linked' to the chain and the hasp? All of the objects in this image are 'linked' together....unless I'm mistaken?
