A little bit too much flash I think. I think cropping your subject to where she is the only one in the shot would help. Oh and in my opinion (IMO) she doesn't really look like she's that taken off guard.

jawsh, about two similar pictures... Sorry, I've realized it when submitting for the contest ended. About off guard... You are wrong, it was unexpected for the boy, and he knew he didn't supposed to take this stuff, next minute after shot he hid this stuff behind his back. This is the fact, and you entitled to your own opinion, of course.
