Doesn't quite look like it's flying yet. IMO
"Lets see some amazing photos of low flying and landing airplanes!" Looks like "landing" to me.
"or ones that are about to land"
OK look...... with the front wheels of this very heavy aircraft off the ground... and if you look at Hi-Res you will see one set of the back wheels off the ground and clearly hardly any weight on the rest.... I would say the aerodynamics are in play here.... in other words it is somewhat airborne.
Looks like its airborne too me

You are kidding, right? That is the sweet and awesome P-51 Mustang (P for Pursuit) from WW II - high altitude fighter which provided protection for bombers, enabling the allies to reach deep into German territory (and other areas). It also kicked ass in one on one dogfights. (It's also the only prop plane to shoot down a jet that's been verified).
Fantabulous shot!!! We can even see the pilot!
no kyricom... as much as i hate to admit it. I wish I knew more about that stuff cause i used to love listening to my grand daddy talk about stuff I HATE bnw movie and stuff. Mainly cause of all the sadness and hating. I'm one of those that wish we could all just see each other as humans and not anything other than that. But it's life and we take it as it goes...
What an amazing shot! I hope this one does well
great capture and panning.
Very very nice piece author...best of luck
@kyricom Chuck Yeager, probably the greatest pilot of all time, shot down an Me262 in WWII. Favorite of the Tuskegee Airmen as well! This is a great plane and this is a really fine portrait to honor all who flew them!
Ya buddy great shot !! Good luck with this
Yes, "Glamorous Gal" is one killer refurbished P-51, almost as cool as "Comfortably Numb"
A Great Uncle of mine flew these in Europe during WWII. Great picture!
Thank you everyone for the ne comments. I LOVE learning about stuff like this. When I get more picture from the next show I'll be email ya'll or post a blog to learn more!
GREAT !
Yeah!!!! Well done = )
Congratulations!!! Have a cookie!
note: cookie is purely hypothetical.
