Those kids who did the amazing tricks on their bikes have taken their skills to the public courts and the rough and tumble sport of Bike Polo. (5 years and 2718 days ago)
Purple ears in front, white ears in the back (5 years and 2898 days ago)
It 's a pity that the background is slightly overexposed , just imho....Nevertheless, a really nice picture
You can't really tell there's a flower in the background in the bottom one (like your title)
fantastic
You can see the yellow center and the white 'ears' in the background...

Cute. I love dogs. is that a boxer or pitbull?
Thanks, she's a pitbull
That's awesome to know that some people in this world actually have a heary for them! They can be the most loving dogs, and will usully always want to obey their owner, so that is why they fight, when the yare trained to fight.

C grade finals Polocrosse (5 years and 3436 days ago)
Interesting. Looks like a cross between polo and lacrosse. Where is this played?
You are right Kyricom - it's a cross between polo and lacrosse. Predominately played in Australia but now it's over the world. You can only have 1 horse during a game unlike Polo so it's a little more affordable as a family game.
Wonderful shot, but would be better with some of the foreground cropped.
Thanks Friiskiwi - I replaced it with a better picture - less forground but I don't know what happen to the high res - I'll try again.
It might have something to do with the size of the image. This one looks great, but will hold my vote waiting for the Hig res, GL
Wonderful shot, great clarity and detail
Thanks again Friiskiwi - finally managed to get the high res up. I think I simply forgot to tick the high res box when in edit.

That looks like fun
Certainly a young man's sport. They really compete...this weekend traveling to Puerto Rico.. Tough to photograph due to speed and small court. Next time I may shoot more wide angle and crop later.
hmmm wondering what happen to my last comment... anyways...u don't neccasarily need a "fast" lens. If you shoot at say F8 and a shutter speed at say 1/125 (guessing, adjust iso to fit) you should get a good blurr effect, and enough DoF to get the whole player in focus if he switches plains on you or is coming toward you. If you shoot through the fence you won't be able to use a 50mm without getting the fence "lines" in the shot. then you just have to shoot at a higher s.s and a lower f stop like 2.8 if u have a fast lens to do so.
