This picture has been taken for a book I'm writing with my wife. It represents my hope in life. In spite of breaks in my soul (represented by the stripes due to the broken mirror I used), my mind is safe even if I'm looking through the past. I'm in the deep blue sky and imbued with light of Life. (5 years and 3026 days ago)
A day when I was so sad I had to express this sadness through my art: photography.

This 75 year old self-portrait painting by my Mom who passed 12 years ago. The spring's morning sunlight frames her memory as it approaches the anniversary of her passing on april 15th. (She hated tax day) (5 years and 3164 days ago)
