The wall reflects past paint overs to hide illegal graffiti. However located under the bridge can be a less desirable graffiti location since it can't easily be seen by passerbyers. (5 years and 3621 days ago)

I like your take on the theme but honestly it would be a better shot if there was some graffiti.
I agree. I liked the location, but wished there was new art. However there are some terrific entries that will be hard to beat
