I realise that a portrait of my son is not everyone's cup of tea but wanting to take better photos of my family was my initial reason for buying a dSLR. This would have to be my favourite photo this year simply because I think I achieved what I set out to do but also photography itself has given me so much more :) (5 years and 2636 days ago)

Lovely shots, but I would have tried blue tones rather than yellow.

Agrees with friiskiwi. I would just do a color adjustment to more blue like friiskiwi suggested. Not sure if you are new but so you do know you CAN edit entries. (at least for 5 more hours you can) A color adjustment would greatly improve your chances.

If I'm interpreting this quote correctly, here is my reason for everything I do, My 5 wonderful children. Before I became a father, I never wanted children, I was content with life as it was. Then a miracle happened, I was blessed, and blessed, and well...blessed some more. When they came into my life, I was changed, profoundly and forever.
