I think it is beautiful and very telling of those who pass on by.
-when i took this photo, a lady told me "you shouldn't do that, its not nice" and i replied to her "i'm gonna show this to the world"...
My ideology is nothing to do with that old guy..it was more about others ignorance..
So what do you think guys? (5 years and 3236 days ago)

Great shot, and nothing wrong with photographing reality.
i really like this, good job
This is sweet, have no idea how to take pics like this yet, but would love to get there!
Fantastic photo author...very moody...best of luck
It looks like it fits the theme well. Nice shot - I like the blurred movement of the others as they pass him by (literally and metaphorically)
My fav great shot!
Good response to the old lady, but really we should show this to the world, not ignore all those people who need help. My mom is close to being homeless because her disability has been cut, medical is now only paying for a few things, what's next? The only thing that keeps her going is my family sending her money every month. So I don't see anything wrong with this shot, we should not hide are short comings, cause otherwise how are we ever going to work on them.
Nice focus! GL!

These spiders lost 3 legs (5 years and 3238 days ago)
This is a really awesome macro! I'd just suggest a bit of noise reduction and it would be SPOT ON! Either way I love it FAV in my book!
Thk's a lot Amanda.
Fantastic photo, but not quite sure how it fits the song, but that may just be me.
I agree with Friiskiwi in that I wasn't sure how this fit the theme at first. After reading your description and realizing that the insect has lost 3 legs I feel that it IS on topic...but just barely. Still, the quality of the picture is top notch! All the best.
Had missed the bit about the missing legs, makes more sense now.

Nothing like a wedding to forget your problems. My flash wasn't on and lots of brightness applied that affects the sharpness. However, I thought the shot applicable. (5 years and 3556 days ago)
he seems to have a good time too bad the photo is grainy
agree with Giulia
nice shot, but a lot of noise
Yeah, it fits the theme I guess but the picture is very bad quality with all the noise. Just because an image fits the theme, doesn't necessarily mean it's a good entry.
Agrees, sometimes its better not to enter a certain photo even if it fits the theme, quality as well as creativity wins contests...

very nice clean shot author with great title....gl
While I agree that this is a very clean picture and the subject matter is very appropriate I think that there is too much going on. My eye wants to move towards the woman, but at the same time it keeps getting drawn in to the pirate flag due to the various pointing devices (the pole in her hand, the ropes attached to the sail, etc.). The coloring of the building in the background is also somewhat distracting as it too closely resembles her flesh tone.
An easy solution would be to simply crop it in tighter, thus eliminating the flag and the majority of the building in the background.
Still, as it stands this is a very nice piece. I love the emotion you get from the woman and the title fits her very well. GL!
Yo ho, yo ho, a pirate's life for me..
Great shot!
Don't think I'd regret hangin' out on my yacht, either
