Yeah kryricom I had already painted the walls, since my dad put a paint brush in my hand at the age of 3 I don't consider house painting a work. We paneled the back wall after the floors were done, it looks great

The project is nice but the picture is not so nice. See the sun glare on the roof? The sun was directly overhead wasn't it? All I’m saying is it adds sort of a blinding haze to the upper part of the picture.

I agree the quality may not be the best and it is not a winning photo it was taken in 2004 and I was documenting the progress of the renovations, just wanted to share with all. I cropped out the horrible Florida glaring sun

I understand that you just wanted to share your project and that's ok but I have to look at every aspect. Just remember it's a photography contest so the best photo should win. Just take my opinion with a grain of salt and remember I don't mean to give my criticism to be a dick. I'm just giving my own opinion so that you can see what good photography is. Isn’t that why we give criticism, to get better?
