Excellent image. You've managed to make the graininess a vital part of the personality of this photo. Well done!
So this picture started off a little soft and grubby since it was taken through a window on the ferry I was traveling. On my way to Zanzibar.
I was taking a look at it in photoshop to see if I could rescue it. Using only the techniques which are allowed in the rules.
In the end I cropped the image. Changed the colour settings to sepia toning. Then sharped the image a little.
This lead to the image you see. Which may not be technically brilliant straight out of the camera and by general standards and yet I still personally really enjoy the image. It looks like it could have been taken 50 years ago and scanned in. (5 years and 2731 days ago)

Yellow panel of the sail against the blue sea.
Realizing that the colors were not declaired well in the sea / sail image, I believe this fits the theme better.
