dry sand sliding down the side of a dune (5 years and 3352 days ago)
Lovely, reminds me of the sand dunes at Hokianga, New Zealand.
Not far from Pt Kenny you will find these amazing sand dunes. It is a bit of a hard task to get up them but once there it is like you have entered another world. (5 years and 3352 days ago)

Good job of capturing people in this shot so we can really see how big this place is = )

cool! How did they do that?
I'm sure I have seen this before, or one like it. Was it before the crash?
I think the author pressed real light bulbs in the sand, removed them.. and placed lighted switches in the impression then took the picture.. that's my theory..hehehe.. loved to know the method
Very cool shot! best of luck to ya !
very neat
Drivenslush is almost right. Only the light are made by those little birthdaycake candles sticked completely into the sand.
Was my own idea, during some practical lesson.
What an amazing idea, and really well done!
Wonderful, will have to try this some time. Thanks for sharing. How dark was it when you did it.
Dark room only spotlight from the side to create the shadows.
High ISO to have short shuttertime (holding your camera too long above candles is not a good idea )
I knew those were candles. Clever idea! GL!
This is what I call being creative! Awesome.
absolutely mindblowin idea!!!
creative indeed
fav
very nice idea, I love the result..good luck
congratulations, great shot, and thanks for sharing how to. I suspect it's not as easy as it sounds.

looks good in High Res, wonder what it would look like in black and white
looks good in black and white and brilliant if done in all blue tones, but wasnt sure if we were able to upload black and white photos as its not mentioned in the outline
You can certainly upload it in Black and white, or blue. The main thing to remember is that when you make adjustments, it has to be to the whole image. So no selective desaturatian etc.
ok cool thanks for that
Lovely entry..
