It might be a good idea to crop down the reflection to just the sunglass because you can tell there is a person in the picture and it's against the rules to have a person in the picture.

The guidelines as written state: 'There is one no-go: no human reflections. Your original object can't be visible in your photo, only take a shot of the reflection'.................as the reflection is not the human wearing the glasses, imo, I would say this shot is legit.
