how did you shoot this....what settings...........and, a hi res would be nice..
Looks like a night shot and you just jiggled the camera as you were shooting. Even in this res, most of it is not in focus.
Well that explains the resolution size
BTW, just because an entry is on theme doesn't necessarily mean it's a good image to enter. In the future, take into account all factors of an image for entering, i.e. focus, lighting, etc.
Can we say needs a "tripod"??? Even a cheap old camera can take a great photo if you at least focus and keep it still...there are a couple of artists here that ONLY use a P&S and win!
