A series of comedy shorts in the 1920's and 1930's called "Our Gang" involved Spanky, Alfalfa, Buckwheat, Darla and others (including Pete, the dog). One episode was "The He-man Womun Haters Club," so I was surprised to see a chapter in a nearby village. (5 years and 2433 days ago)

LOL!!! I remember watching those (in rerun, of course!) when I was a kid. That episode was the one that stuck with me the most after all these years. Nice find!
