Doesn't look like he's sleeping, rather looks worried, maybe even in pain and on the verge of tears. It is too bad that you have such hot spots throughout this image, you need to underexpose then you can bring back detail but if you are shooting on A mode you will get burn outs like you have.

The blurred landscape really gives movement verse the non movement of the sleeper. Good shot idea.
