The lighting and the background looks quite professional, but the lack of cropping doesn't. Any reason you didn't crop the photo?

I did crop it a bit already. I thought about cropping it nice and tight but was second guessing myself.

she has a lovely smile, but I feel you need to crop a lot closer and upload a high res image so we can really see it.

Your image doesn't need to be enormous, anything between 2.5mg and 3.5mg is plenty big enough.
