this was a night time shot, the lights used around it were florescent, settings: since it was a night shot I used as small aperature as I could, I think it was aorund f/11 f/13 with about a 20-30 second shutter speed.

no effect .....its straight camera technical work and i couldnt make my shutter any slower or my aperture any smaller...this is all the info my camera would collect
