In a snow-covered (you can't see that) field in Northern New Mexico grows an odd weed that dries in the fall but remains erect through the winter, dead, but alive with beauty. Of course it all depends on the angle, and the sun.

Seems a little simple, I think a better shot using the same subject would have been a macro of one but all 4 burners on with then glowing in the background but that's jsut IMO.
That's very true jawshoewhah but I have no idea on how to make macro shots. I have a very elementary apparatus.
