Thanks Haha, I used a crappy camera, put it far too close to my eye, thought it was too bright to use, but adjusted the exposure a tiny bit and posted it anyway.

I wouldn't confess to that, Id say something like... 'I applied dark makeup to highlight my lashes, then deliberately overexposed the shot to blow out the highlights and draw attention to the subject of interest...'

I think the intentional blown out highlights are a nice touch, it really draws your eye to the dark lashes, and the slight blueish tint around the lashes really helps focus your attention even further. Great job Author
