right kyricom, it was so scary and its diameter is almost 6inch. I was afraid to capture it.
Spiders really are amazing looking things, when you get up close, must try it.
6 inches!!! Man, I am so glad I live in the UK.
Must dig out some spider pics tomorrow, we have some mean 1 inch ones here...

beautiful
Thank you, that's what I was going for. This is why I chose that angle where the lines spread apart from the bottom to the top as if it they were petals from a blooming flower. At least that's how I feel = )
Fantastic!
Lovely ... what a catch! Great shot.

According to Snapple Facts # 31 The average human will eat 8 spiders in their life time while sleeping. Have a nice night. (5 years and 3441 days ago)
well I did googled about the fact but I got pretty interesting stuff like its not true..
have a look
People Don't Eat Bugs In Their Sleep
Your "fact" about swallowing insects/spiders in your sleep is actually a myth promulgated by PC columnist Lisa Holst. Ironically, she made up the statistic in order to show how readily people will believe simply stupid things. Think about it:
--Spiders do not voluntarily approach large predators, and especially do not approach their orifices, nor would one willingly enter what is obviously a mouth.
--The nerve cells on the lips and tongue are some of the most sensitive in the human body. Contact with them would be very likely to awaken a person.
--Even if a mentally challenged spider mosied into your mouth, and even if your deadened nerve cells didn't alert you, you would have to swallow (a rare occurrence during sleep) AND the spider would have to go down easily without struggling against your throat, which would, again, wake you up.
--It is virtually impossible that anyone anywhere could have devised an experiment that could verify this data with any degree of certainty.
This is why I said "according to", because even to me this sounded quite unbelievable. You've made some good points. Now I can sleep much better, lol. Just wondering though, why did you take the time to research it, was it just in case ; )
great shot
I got this strange habit of researching things, whatever it might be, to be sure.. hehe.. actually I don't believe things very quickly unless I'm sure about it..
First off, great shot author. Second you are a very sick minded person to leave us with that thought Thank God for iquraishi's obsessive nature, now I can rest peacefully.
Agrees with what adam and Friiskiwi and I didn' t read all that so I don't care. GL!
