Dear authour, could you please explain me this effect?
This is a whole night long exposure (with a camera on a tripod, of course). You can get this with an old film camera set on "B", or by stacking multiple shorter exposure images taken with most digital cameras of today, even some point-and-shoot. This particular one was taken in good ol` film days.
