If you'd accept some input, it's not very pleasing on the eye. The HDR effect (and I call it that because it's not true HDR) is blown out, causing way too much color and light radiation coming off the objects in the picture.
thanks for the input, after looking at both photos, I have to agree with u, so hope this is better.
Good one!
Wow, amazing shot. Great Job!

A wider frame (that would include the whole girl) would be much better (imho).
All so lighting good be better (flash is hard).
You should focus the viewer on the girl (cutting the girls legs isn't a good choice).
Have to agree with the flazz...

A pole connected with three-way electric wire.... (5 years and 3506 days ago)
You should straighten the horizon...
Is a very important thing in photography!
Your sea is running away...
Karaflazz is right, unless you deliberately want an angle in the shot, but this is not really enough for that!
My pet hate, crooked horizons ... , straighten it and you have a good entry.
much better......
Really superb.. how did you achieve this?
Still looks a little off level. The pole itself seem to lack the focus because while the rest of the shot is in focus the pole is slightly OOF. (out of focus)
IMO, it just seems a little empty.
