The wooden pole is "dead center".
Placing the subject in the dead center lacks dimension.
Maybe the pole could start from the left or right corner of your frame (diagonal) & make this a little more interesting.
Just an idea!
I agree with karaflazz. bring a little oddity to the picture to give it an edge

I love the effect, the sunlight behind you! I figure how difficult it was to get the right time to jump, counting the seconds... It's also interesting to imagine the people in the background looking at you and thinking: "what the hell is that guy doing?" It's a really really nice shot!
