Thanks everybody for your wonderful comments. This sunset was absolutely amazing! If you're curious, it was taken from the 12th Ave S bridge in Seattle overlooking Elliot Bay with the Olympic mountains in the background. Nikon D40, 210mm zoom. I was amazed how the exhaust "heat waves" of the silouetted tug-boat in the foreground adds to the image.

This was the most beautiful sunset I have seen in a long time. It was right after we had 2 straight days of rain so it was a relief to see some beautiful colors. (5 years and 3756 days ago)
